Sapphire Laguna is in Laguna Beach, a little more than 5 miles (10-12 min drive) from the St. Regis. It’s a straight shot on CA-1 (South Coast Hwy), so it’s an easy ride. It has a great outdoor dining area with views of the Pacific and a wonderful large fire pit. The prix fix dinner plus wine is estimated at $125/person.
